University of Missouri Health Care NOTE – IMPORTANT CHANGE OCTOBER 2008 University of Missouri Health Care now has two departments involved with the physical receipt of requests for proposals and bids, Contracts Administration and Contract Services. Mailing and physical delivery addresses are shown for both on the first page of this website. Following this information is a current listing of open bids/proposals for University of Missouri Health Care. Copies are to be printed for your use. For Word and Excel documents an electronic copy may be provided if you request it. However, if for any reason our specifications and general conditions are altered in your response, the alterations will be ignored by the University and our specifications and general conditions will be the prevailing document. Bids and proposals may be subject to periodic addenda during the open submission period. Vendors are responsible for checking the website throughout the open period to make sure the changes are incorporated into the responses. Bids/Proposal responses must be received in hard copy, labeled and sealed (unless otherwise instructed by the University) at the office determined by the specific RFP/RFB solicitation. All responses are to be labeled “BID/PROPOSAL FOR FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF TITLE/NAME OF PROPOSAL/BID, PROPOSAL/BID NUMBER”. The University reserves the right to waive informalities in bids/proposals and to reject any and all bids/proposals.
